Erik & Sara received Best Paper Runner-Up at ACM ICMI 2019

The ACM International Conference on Multimodal Interaction (ICMI) has been taking place for over 20 years. It is regarded as an international forum for multimodal interaction, where scientists from a wide variety of disciplines meet and exchange ideas on the common topic of multimodal interaction. In 2019, the conference took place in Suzhou, China.

Erik and Sara presented the paper “Paint that object yellow: Multimodal Interaction to Enhance Creativity During Design Tasks in VR”, which compared unimodal and multimodal interaction paradigms for creative design applications in VR. The work was awarded a Best Paper Runner-Up.
